I’d like to know what your minimum charge is for personal care once a week, please. That would mostly be assisting an elderly gentleman into and out of the shower.

I am looking for an in home service to assist my aging mother. She has been diagnosed with dementia and is also on dialysis 3 times a week. We are looking for care to assist her with medication reminders, someone who can pick her up from dialysis (hours are 10:30-3 or 3:30), bring her home and make a meal that she can eat later in the evening. She will also need some assistance with light house cleaning and possible trips to the store. What is your hourly rate, is there a minimum and how long does it take to get a staff person placed? Is there a possibility to also drop her off at dialysis in the morning then return and work 2 hrs with meal prep or other assistance she may need?
Do you come out and do an asssessment and try to do a personality match as well? Any information would be appreciated.

    thank you
